1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern the relationship between jjcom (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at jjcom.cam, and any individual (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") who accesses, browses, registers on or uses any service offered on the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any feature of jjcom, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. Your continued use of jjcom following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

3 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. jjcom applies strict age-verification procedures and will suspend or permanently close any Account found to have been opened by an individual below the applicable minimum age.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful where you are located.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Creating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through a third party, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• No prior exclusion: You must not be the subject of a self-exclusion order, operator-imposed ban or regulatory exclusion directive at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Own funds and own play: You must be betting and playing with your own funds for your own personal entertainment. Operating an Account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To open an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

jjcom reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents typically include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card / CNIC, passport or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
• Evidence of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account statement showing your name); and
• Source-of-funds documentation where the volume or pattern of transactions triggers an AML review threshold.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by jjcom may result in withdrawal delays, Account suspension or permanent Account closure, with applicable funds subject to forfeiture in the event of confirmed fraud or AML concerns.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. jjcom will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5 Deposits

Deposits may be made using the payment methods listed as active in the Platform cashier at the time of your deposit. The availability of any particular payment method — including those associated with familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — is subject to change without notice and depends on operational, regulatory and third-party factors outside jjcom's exclusive control.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by jjcom and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• jjcom does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. jjcom is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processing systems.
• jjcom reserves the right to reject a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method where there is reason to believe the transaction breaches these Terms, applicable law or AML obligations.
• PKR-denominated balances are supported where the cashier is configured to accept PKR. Currency conversion rates where applicable are set by the payment processor and jjcom accepts no liability for exchange-rate movements.

6 Withdrawals

Subject to the conditions set out in this section, Players may request a withdrawal of eligible real-money funds from their Account at any time using a payment method accepted by jjcom's cashier.

• Verification prerequisite: Withdrawals may only be processed to fully KYC-verified Accounts. Accounts with pending verification requests will have withdrawals placed in a queue until verification is complete.
• Wagering completion: Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fulfilled before the portion of the Balance attributable to that bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before completing a wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Method matching: Withdrawal requests must, where practicable, be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This requirement may be waived at jjcom's discretion where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals.
• Processing time: Processing timelines depend on the chosen payment method, your Account verification status and any compliance review obligations. jjcom does not guarantee specific processing windows. E-wallet methods via familiar Pakistani payment rails may be processed faster than bank transfers, but method availability and timing vary. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah typically take longer than digital wallet options.
• Minimum withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts are set by jjcom and displayed in the cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold may be declined.
• Right to request documentation: jjcom may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where AML or fraud concerns arise. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in suspension of the withdrawal request.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

jjcom may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to these general Bonus Terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived funds are withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is stated on the individual offer page. As a general illustrative example only: a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: Placing a single bet that exceeds the maximum permitted stake while a bonus is active will void the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum permitted stake during bonus play is stated on each offer page.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live-dealer games and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the period stated on the individual offer. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain bonuses carry a maximum cash-out cap limiting the amount of winnings that may be withdrawn regardless of the Account balance. This cap is stated on each offer page.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by jjcom.
• Abuse and collusion: jjcom reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where bonus abuse, collusion or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.

All PKR figures cited above are illustrative examples only. Actual bonus amounts, wagering multipliers and cash-out caps vary by promotion and are subject to change. Always read the specific terms of each offer before opting in.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• A bet is considered accepted only when the Platform has confirmed the bet and issued a bet reference. Bets not acknowledged by the Platform system are not valid.
• jjcom reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event after its scheduled start, where odds are clearly erroneous, or where the bet is placed in breach of these Terms.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or casino game outcome, the records held by jjcom's systems shall be considered authoritative unless a manifest error is demonstrated. Decisions on disputed bets are final unless overturned through the formal complaints procedure.
• Cricket markets — including Match Winner, Toss Winner, Top Batter, Top Bowler, Total Runs, Over/Under, Player Performance and live in-play markets for PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are governed by sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook section. jjcom is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, the Pakistan Cricket Board, PSL or ICC.
• Live/in-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time odds presented at the moment of placement. jjcom does not accept liability for bets placed on the basis of events that have already concluded prior to acceptance by the system.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. jjcom does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP figures published on game information screens are theoretical long-run statistical averages and do not predict individual session results.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or through a nominee;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained or third-party payment methods;
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, chip-dumping or any other form of systematic exploitation of the Platform;
• Using automated betting software, bots, macros or any other non-human betting mechanism;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Attempting to launder money or proceeds of crime through the Platform;
• Allowing a minor to use your Account or access your credentials; and
• Conducting any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

jjcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms;
• The Account holder is or becomes a Prohibited User;
• Fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected;
• A self-exclusion request is received; or
• Regulatory, legal or operational requirements necessitate closure.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses and pending investigations) will be returned to the Account holder via a payment method approved by jjcom, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and resolution of any open disputes.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Where voluntary closure is requested under a responsible-gambling self-exclusion basis, the closure cannot be reversed during the exclusion period chosen by the Player.

11 Responsible Gambling

jjcom is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers the following player-protection tools, accessible from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that restrict the total amount you can fund your Account within each period;
• Loss limits: Caps on net losses within a defined period, beyond which the Platform will block further deposit activity;
• Session time reminders: Pop-up notifications at set intervals during active play sessions;
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account deactivation for periods of your choosing, during which betting and deposit functions are suspended; and
• Self-exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion option that disables all Platform access for the chosen duration and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Use of the Platform is restricted to adults aged 18 and above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. jjcom applies age-verification checks and reserves the right to request proof-of-age documentation at any time. We do not knowingly permit minors to open or operate an Account.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the jjcom Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, design layouts, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio-visual content and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of jjcom or its licensed content and technology providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce or distribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code; frame or mirror the Platform on another website; or use any automated scraping, crawling or data-extraction tool on the Platform.

Any breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of your Account and may expose you to legal proceedings.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement;
• jjcom does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform, and accepts no liability for service interruptions, technical failures, data loss or unauthorised access resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control;
• jjcom's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; and
• jjcom is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is incorporated or licensed. Specific governing law and dispute resolution forum details are set out in the operator's licence documentation.

jjcom does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or regulatory authorities in respect of its platform operations. Players from Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and subject to their own legal obligations under Pakistani law.

15 Amendments

jjcom reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect.

The version of these Terms applicable to any transaction or event is the version in force at the date and time of that transaction or event. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
